I worked on a deal with Frank a short time ago and the seller was having some financial issues.  Frank cut his commissions at the closing table to help the seller out.  That is the only way the deal would have gotten completed.  I can not tell you what that said to me because I have seen deals lost of dollars.  He will always stand out in the crowd for that act!

As I have said many times, picking a Realtor is a difficult job.  Why, in my opinion, you need to find the best Realtor in a specific area, not just a good Realtor.  I chose Jeremy to list my investment home in Conshohocken because he is one of the best, if not the best, in that town.  My choice paid off, Jeremy found a buyer for my house before it went on the market and we signed an Agreement of Sale a few weeks ago.  I could not have made out any better.  Jeremy can sell houses in PA and NJ but he really specializes in the Conshohocken, Manyunk and Roxborough areas.  Do not hesitate to call Jeremy as you will not be disappointed.
